An 8-week cohort for Black mothers-daughter groups to heal, strengthen bonds, nurture relationships and engage in intergenerational healing.
We provide resources and programming for the family and the individual.
Our mission is to cultivate intergenerational healing in the lives of Black women and girls while reducing the effects of intergenerational trauma in our communities.
What We Do
Den Talks
Conversations and educational workshops with licensed therapists, counselors, and professionals on topics of intergenerational trauma.
Zen in the Den
Art and physical therapy opportunities for women and girls to release stress, learn to cope, and heal through therapeutic methods.
Cohorts
Cohorts offered in multi-week increments for targeted groups that are committed to learning new skills and methods to heal themselves and their relationships.
