Chavaughn Gibson, a member of the National Association of Health Service Executives, serves as program manager at McKesson Pharmaceuticals and as the company’s National Cultural Lead on the board of its African American Employee Resource Group. Off the clock, Gibson continuously works to advance healthcare as the chief executive officer and co-founder of The Daughters Den, created alongside her sister.
