Join a national community of Black women and girls ages 5-55+, who are on a mission together to combat intergenerational trauma. Attend events virtually or in-person (Ohio), volunteer together, have life-changing discussions, engage in retreats and more.
Breaking Generational Trauma Patterns
Grow together with other members engaging in Den Talks with licensed therapists, Zen in the Den activities, volunteer together, and even attend family-cohorts with your family to learn new skills and combat issues that have impacted your family across generations.

Members have the opportunitiy to engage in virtual and in-person volunteer endeavors throughout the year. Not only are we on a mission to heal and do life together, our goal is to teach our community the power of working together to create change.

Grab a Family Membership to The Daughters Den and be a part of a growing community of Black women and girls who are doing the work to heal together. Mothers, Daughters, Grand-mothers, Aunts, Sisters, get family access to programs with licensed mental health professionals, attend members-only events virtually or in-person, volunteer with us, attend retreats/galas and more. Family membership holders also receive first access to family cohorts and referrals for free family counseling.
