An 8-Week Healing Cohort
The Mother-Daughter Cohort is a free 8-week virtual cohort provided by the Daughters Den for mother-daughter groups across Ohio who desire to connect, strengthen bonds, heal, and learn skills for healthy relationships. Led by professional therapists this cohort is a life-changing intergenerational cohort for Black women and girls. The cohort commences with a graduation brunch for mothers and daughters.
What’s It Entails:
Weekly Group Counseling Sessions & Workshops with trained therapists and family professionals
Generational workshops for mother/daughter groups
Bond-strengthening outings & activities
Resources for communication, coping, healing, and relationship building
Challenges to connect and strengthen bonds
In-person commencement brunch and celebration for families

Registration is open now through March 1st. Cohort takes place virtually March 18th through May 1st, 2024 and is 100% free for. Mother/daughter groups ages 8+ are encouraged to apply; Young daughters, Adolescent daughters, Teen daughters, Adult daughters are welcomed.
